Wondering what we do with your membership fees?
Your membership fee goes to supporting the overall operations of the association which, in turn, supports music therapists of New York State.
All fees and additional donations go toward the following:
Website hosting, development, and special features
Fees for CMTE (Continuing Music Therapy Education) speakers
Space rental for hosting conferences and workshops
Marketing and advertising, including coverage for representation at national and regional music therapy conferences
Legal and accounting fees
General non-profit costs, such as the application and submission of 501c65 tax status
