Other states have music therapy associations, so why not New York?
We joined together to make this organization a reality because we, the music therapists of New York State, felt a need. We need more support, resources, and opportunities for CMTEs. We need to know that there are music therapy organizations committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We need to feel like we are part of a community of professionals serving to provide the best care for the people of New York.
